A Decade of Highland Adventures

The High Range Holidays was born from a simple but powerful belief — that the best travel experiences are those that connect you deeply with a place and its people. What began as a small family guiding service has grown into a full-service travel company, but our soul remains the same: personal, honest, and rooted in the Highranges.

It started with little more than local knowledge and a genuine love for these mountains — guiding the occasional traveller along trails we had known since childhood, introducing them to tea estate workers, hidden viewpoints, and family-run kitchens no guidebook would ever list. There was no grand business plan, just a desire to share the Highranges the way we actually experience them.

Over the years, word of mouth did what advertising never could. One trip led to a recommendation, which led to another family, another honeymoon, another group of friends chasing the same misty peaks. We grew, but carefully — adding destinations, hotels, and safaris only when we could vouch for them ourselves.

That promise has not changed. Every hotel we recommend, we have stayed in. Every route, every driver, every experience — tested by people who call these hills home. The High Range Holidays is still, at its core, a handful of mountain people who simply want to show you the Highranges properly.
